Danica is a Certified Real Estate Appraiser and an active member of the Institute of Authorized Real Estate Appraisers of Montenegro.
She graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the University of Montenegro in Podgorica, specializing in Construction Management. Her experience in this field comes from working on the planning and implementation of construction projects. Her interest in project management, both practical and theoretical, is complemented by education in Project Management, with certification from the renowned Project Management Institute, earning her the title of PMP, Project Management Professional.
She is a licensed authorized engineer and a member of the Chamber of Engineers of Montenegro.
In recent years, her work in urban planning and spatial planning, along with previous field experience, has complemented the prerequisites for quality appraisal of all types of real estate.
She began her career as an appraiser in 2019, completing training for real estate valuation, after which she obtained the Associate Appraiser certificate, and in 2020, she obtained the Certified Real Estate Appraiser certificate. From the very beginning, she has collaborated with experienced appraisers, thus enhancing her knowledge and gaining professional experience.
